Qualifications
The requirements for this position are a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a business or accounting Master’s degree preferred. A CPA or CMA is preferred. No less than five years experience as a CFO, controller or advanced accounting level position and five years experience in a health care setting.
Job Description
This position is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and control of all functions of the service line. The CFO coordinates quality activities, cost containment, expansion of services, and marketing for the service line. The CFO is responsible for working with the other hospital directors and the administrator to ensure that the hospital’s strategic plan is being implemented.

Job Description
Medical Park Hospital is a 71-bed Community Hospital located in Southwest Arkansas. The facility offers Level IV Trauma emergency, a full range of inpatient and outpatient medical-surgical primary care, inpatient and outpatient geriatric psychiatry, L&D/Nursery and surgery. The hospital is involved in a financial turnaround.
Reporting to the Administrator and the Corporate CFO, the Chief Financial Officer has overall responsibility and authority for the financial operations of MPH. Specifically, the CFO is responsible for revenue cycle management, financial analytics and reporting, operating and capital budget development and compliance, financial benchmarking, internal audit and controls and business plan development.
