REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellations are received after the Friday before regular quarterly meetings (Thursdays & Fridays), only 50% of the registration fee is refundable. If cancellations are received after Wednesday before regular quarterly meetings (Thursdays & Fridays), no refund of registration fee will be issued. Registrants who do not cancel or fail to attend must pay the entire fee. Substitutions, however, are permitted. Registration forms and cancellations must be mailed, emailed or faxed. Phone and voicemail are not valid forms of communication.
